Which service can help us screen research submissions?
Swarm44 Science Check is a scientific review service for institutions and journals screening theses, dissertations and research papers. Through your own compatible AI assistant, it examines scientific arguments, methods, evidence and references and reports issues that deserve attention before examination or peer review. Your authorised team makes the decision about the submission.
See institutional accessIs the scientific case clearly supported?
Examine the research question, contribution and argument. Identify claims or conclusions that need stronger support before the submission moves to its next stage.
Are there substantive methodological concerns?
Examine research design, analysis, reporting and interpretation against criteria suited to the discipline, research format and academic level.
Can the supporting evidence be traced?
Check references and their relationship to the submission’s claims. Make unresolved verification visible alongside findings that have supporting evidence.
What will you receive?
Findings to work with.
Give your screening team specific issues to examine before a submission proceeds. The report supports academic or editorial judgement; the responsible people make the decision.

See institutional accessWhat does institutional access include?
Institutional access costs $170 before tax for 30 consecutive days, beginning on first service use. It includes one institutional review account with unlimited works and discussions, subject to your AI provider’s limits, and optional automatic renewal. Two shareable links give supervisors and students 25% off eligible access while institutional access is current. Each person purchases their own access; there are no seat allocations or rosters.
Can I use this with ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot or Gemini?
Science Check supplies the review instructions, checks and report requirements to your compatible AI assistant. Consult the connection guide for your provider and app. Availability depends on the provider’s plan, workspace permissions and connection support. Your AI provider account is separate; its fees and usage limits apply.
What stays with the human reviewer?
Your authorised team makes academic and editorial decisions. Science Check does not assign grades or decide whether a submission passes, is accepted or is rejected. It analyses and reports without editing research content. AI findings need scrutiny; no report certifies correctness or guarantees publication.
Can I submit unpublished or sensitive research?
Review your AI provider’s data policies and your institution’s requirements before sharing unpublished or sensitive research. Share only material you are authorised to use.
