Built for deeper
scientific discussion.

Swarm44 Science Check brings research supervision, specialist AI review, and your own scientific questions into one conversation. Research drives our work to improve AI review for education.

A long manuscript. Hundreds of details. Where do you look closer?

Science Check grew out of reviewing students’ research: following arguments across chapters, examining methods, and tracing claims back to their sources. A broad AI response could start a conversation, but it did not consistently provide the detailed examination needed for supervision.

The approach gives specialists focused questions to investigate. Each examines a particular aspect of the work, then the findings come together in a report with evidence, priorities, and open questions.

Together with research colleagues, we are making that review practice available through the AI chat you already use. You get the tools for a deeper scientific discussion without having to design and coordinate every check yourself.

Research drives the project.

Our aim is to improve the quality and usefulness of AI review across the educational sector, for students, supervisors, and institutions.

Look closer at the details.

We want to improve how reliably focused reviews identify substantive issues, support findings with evidence, and distinguish real problems from mistaken concerns.

Make feedback worth discussing.

A longer report is not the goal. We want findings that lead to specific questions, clearer reasoning, and productive conversations about the work.

Fit the academic task.

A bachelor’s thesis, a doctoral dissertation, and an institutional submission need different criteria. We continue to refine the checks and reports around those needs.

Better tools for academic judgement.

Science Check analyses and gives feedback. It does not write, rewrite, or change research content. Grading is prohibited: the system must not assign academic marks.

AI can miss mistakes or raise concerns that do not hold up. Findings need scrutiny against the evidence. The report supports academic discussion; it does not certify correctness or replace supervision or peer review.

Tell us what you think.

Useful finding? Missed detail? Something that could work better? We welcome all user feedback, from a quick suggestion to a detailed account of your experience.
